Yesterday we drove by car from Maseru in Lesotho to Maguga Dam in Swaziland. It took about 9,5 hours including stops along the road.
Our entry to Swaziland was accompanied by a thunderstorm, just as our entry to Lesotho was. Maybe a new tradition to see every new country in thunder and lightning?
The hotel that we had booked for four nights was not what we expected, and we were probably not the only ones thinking like that, as we were the only guests. So today we switched to a much better hotel :-) This day has been quite calm. We hiked to Phophonyane waterfall close to Pigg's Peak. Not much water because of the dry summer, but the nature was a little bit like a jungle. Tomorrow is a new day with a lot of new possibilities here in Swaziland!
